Hi, I’ve started a Low Carb-diet two weeks ago. A few days ago I read an article which stated that fruits in the evening are unhealthy. I think the issue was something about fructose. What do you think? Are fruits ok in the evening when you’re on a low carb diet?

I also read about this few weeks ago. My fitness couch also recommanded to avoid fruits on evening. Especially those with high sugar percentage like banana or grapes.
